"CentrO discontinued their physical loyalty card and forces it's customers to use a virtual card inside this app. Also the lady at the reception/information desk couldn't answer any of our questions. All she could do is point to this app. The loyalty program talks about "VIP Services" and "Events" without any link or hint on what they are, when they are and how to get/sign up for them. E.g. in the past there were behind the scenes tours, but they seem discontinued. CCTV surveillance is a service!"
